Have an open day on Saturday 13th September
It’s on Ffynone Road, Uplands, Swansea SA1 6DE.
They say that…..
“Kadampa Meditation Centre Wales offers meditation classes that are suitable for everyone who is looking to develop inner peace and find ways to deal with the complexity of modern day life.”
and:
New to Meditation?
Then our 30 minute meditations, the Wednesday class and classes at other locations or our Saturday courses are a good place to start . .
I pop into classes every now and again and I have really enjoyed them, and I will go back.
From what I remember you can just call in and have a chat/attend a session and there is a cafe there as well.
