is this week! There are so many to choose from in Swansea Market.
I bought some from Motley Pie, Home | www.motleypie.co.uk. They have a shop in Gowerton and there’s somewhere to park. Their sausage rolls are awesome too.
I also bought Wilfred Pies, Award Winning Pies, Pasties & Sweet Treats | Wilfred Pies. Their pies are are made on the edge of the Gower peninsular. I had mine delivered.
To accompany the pies, I use local salted butter to mash up the Gower grown potatoes and serve with Gower veg. Shopping local isn’t always easy, but this is an easy win.
The veg stall is in the market, at the entrance near HMV in the Quadrant shopping centre.
