It’s a 6am start on 13th July and it’s sold out. Beginning at the Prince of Wales Dock with a 1.9km swim, followed by a 90km bike ride travelling through Mumbles and the Gower, and culminating in a 21.1km run along the promenade to the finish line on Museum Park in front of the National Waterfront Museum.
IRONMAN 70.3 Swansea has been globally recognised as the 11th best 70.3 run course out of 106 courses at the 2024 IRONMAN 70.3 Athlete Choice Awards held in Tampa, Florida.
